The Cashman Program
Cashman provides a total solution to the Accounting Computer needs of
most small business & professional Firms. The
program enables the Clients of Public Accountants to do the time
consuming and tedious write-up work on their own personal
computer. The Client then provides the Public Accountant with
the data via email, produced by CASHMAN, for review, edit and transfer
to their own General Ledger System. This approach enables
Public Accountants to avoid having to charge their Clients fees for
write-up work that the Client cannot afford to pay. If the
amount of time spent on write-up work can be minimised, the Accountant
can be providing the Client with more useful services for the same fee.
The problem with most Accounting Software is that
it is just far too complex and cumbersome for most small business
people to use. This results in many horror stories which make
Firms understandably apprehensive about installing Computer
Software. A key criteria for the CASHMAN series is
SIMPLICITY. You can learn to use all of the programs and
their capabilities by following the comprehensive but easy to use
TUTORIAL exercises that are provided. Experience has shown
that there are no horror stories with CASHMAN.
Cashman caters for the Australian GST.
It accurately tracks the amount of GST paid and collected and produces
the Business Activity Statement for the ATO. CASHMAN provides
small business, using the GST Cash Basis, with an accurate reconciled
cashbook which does all of the GST recording and calculations.
